Mission to be Healthy
A healthy nutrition diet is needed for every individual to live a happy life but we are so busy with our work that we don't care about our health. We don't have time to select appropriate food for our health. We eat anything which is good in taste like burger and pizza which is quite famous nowadays. Different age groups have to eat different things to be healthy. If you eat more or less, both things are harmful to your body. Children have to eat less and an adult has to eat according to their work. Below are some points which are divided by their ages:-
1. Infant
Infants are very small children, they can't eat food or anything else. They only want milk from their mother so breast milk is required for them to survive in this world. If you provide cow milk to them, they get ill soon. The doctor tells every mother to feed only their milk for up to 6 months. It will help them to fight disease.
2. Children
It is a stage where Infants start to digest other things. In this stage, they grow very fast so they need more nutrition and calorie. They have to eat fruits and vegetables. Pulses are a great source of protein so they have to eat that also.
3.Adult
At this stage, we know about health and its benefits so we have to make a proper diet chart and follow it. In this chart, we have to add fruits, vegetables, rice, pulse, dry fruits, meat, fish, and other things in equal quantity.
4. Old Age
Old age people have to follow a very strict and balanced diet chart according to the doctor's prescrption.
They can't eat any other things.
We have to eat according to our needs and requirement. Don't eat those things that can harm your body in the future.
